Present necessity:

Must + inf

Have / has to + inf

Past necessity:

Had / needed to + inf

Lack of necessity (present):

Need not + inf

Do not / does not have to + inf

Lack of necessity (past):

Did not have to + inf

Need not have to + p.p

Comparative and superlative adj:

Compertative: adj. – er + than or (less = adj. + than)

EX: Amr is taller than Ahmed. Ahmed is less tall than Amr.

Superiative: the + adj. – est

EX: sami is the tallest one in the class.

Long adj.:

Comparative: more / less ……… than

EX: Diamond is more expensive than gold.

Superiative: the most / the least + adj.

EX: Iron is the least expensive metal.
