If you want to be healthy and fit, you need to follow certain rules, whether you are a boy, a girl, young or old. People are advised to eat healthy food. It is really important if they want to be healthy. You don't need to go on a diet, just pay attention to what you are putting in your body. You can eat three meals a day or 5-6 meals a day. NEVER skip meals. Try healthy alternatives instead of having a bowl of ice cream, go for a frozen yogurt. Drink more water. This is the most important thing of all. If you drink more water, you will be much healthier because it gives your skin a healthy glow. It's important to exercise more whether it's walking in the park or cycling. Do at least 20 minutes of physical activity several times a week. Exercise will make you stronger and strengthen your muscles. You can go to the gym and swim or run. It's tempting to stay up late chatting with friends on the phone or computer, but the next morning you will be miserable. You need to get a minimum of 8 hours of sleep every night. This will help your concentration and you will be in a much happier and more friendly mood.
