رسالة إلى أمريكا.. أسامة بن لادن يغير وعي الأمريكيين (النص الكامل)
ضجت مواقع التواصل في الولايات المتحدة بالحديث عن رسالة بعث بها أسامة بن لادن إلى الشعب الأمريكي في نوفمبر 2002.
ونشر عدد كبير من الشباب الأمريكي مقاطع فيديو عبر حساباتهم قالوا فيها إن «أسامة بن لادن كان على حق» واتهموا إعلامهم بتضليلهم.
من جهتها حذفت صحيفة الجارديان نص الرسالة بعد 21 سنة من نشره بعد تصدرها مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي داخل أمريكا.

وتحتفي الشعوب الغربية، وخاصة الشباب، بخطاب أسامة بن لادن إلى أمريكا، والذين عادوا لربط أحداث 11 سبتمبر بالعدوان الإسرائيلي الأمريكي على فلسطين.
نص رسالة أسامة بن لادن لأمريكا
وجاء نص الرسالة كالتالي:
«بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم: «أُذِنَ لِلَّذِينَ يُقَاتَلُونَ بِأَنَّهُمْ ظُلِمُوا وَإِنَّ اللَّهَ عَلَى نَصْرِهِمْ لَقَدِيرٌ»
قد نشر بعض الكتاب الأمريكيين مقالات تحت عنوان «على أي أساس نقاتل؟» وقد أثارت هذه المقالات عددا من الردود، بعضها التزم بالحق واستند إلى الشريعة الإسلامية، والبعض الآخر لم يلتزم بذلك. وأردنا هنا بيان الحق بيانا وتحذيرا رجاء واحتسابا من الله تعالى، وطلبا للتوفيق منه والتأييد.
ونحن إذ نستعين بالله، فإننا نبني جوابنا على سؤالين موجهين إلى الأمريكان:
الأول: لماذا نقاتلكم ونعارضكم؟
الثاني: إلى ماذا ندعوكم وماذا نريد منكم؟
أما السؤال الأول: لماذا نقاتلكم ونعارضكم؟ الجواب بسيط جدا:
1- لأنكم هاجمتمونا ومازلتم تهاجموننا.
هاجمتمونا في فلسطين الغارقة تحت الاحتلال العسكري منذ أكثر من 80 عاما. لقد سلم الإنجليز فلسطين، بمساعدتكم ودعمكم، لليهود الذين احتلوها لأكثر من 50 عاما؛ سنوات مليئة بالقمع والطغيان والجرائم والقتل والتهجير والدمار والخراب.
إن قيام إسرائيل واستمرارها من أعظم الجرائم، وأنتم قادة مجرميها. وبالطبع ليست هناك حاجة لشرح وإثبات درجة الدعم الأمريكي لإسرائيل.
إن قيام إسرائيل جريمة يجب محوها، وكل من تلوثت يداه بالمساهمة في هذه الجريمة عليه أن يدفع ثمنها، ويدفع ثمنها غاليا.
إننا نضحك ونبكي عندما نرى أنكم لم تملوا بعد من تكرار أكاذيبكم الملفقة بأن لليهود حق تاريخي في فلسطين، كما وعدتهم في التوراة، وكل من يخالفهم في هذه الحقيقة المزعومة يتهم بمعاداة السامية، وهذه واحدة من أفظع التلفيقات المنتشرة على نطاق واسع في التاريخ، وأهل فلسطين عرب خالصون وساميون أصليون.
والمسلمون هم ورثة موسى عليه السلام وورثة التوراة الحقيقية التي لم تتغير، يؤمن المسلمون بجميع الأنبياء، بما فيهم إبراهيم وموسى وعيسى ومحمد، عليهم الصلاة والسلام، وإذا كان أتباع موسى قد وعدوا بحق فلسطين في التوراة، فإن المسلمين هم أحق الأمة بذلك.
ولما فتح المسلمون فلسطين وطردوا الروم عادت فلسطين والقدس إلى الإسلام دين الأنبياء جميعا عليهم السلام، ولذلك فإن الدعوة إلى حق تاريخي في فلسطين لا يمكن ان يكون ضد الأمة الإسلامية المؤمنة بجميع أنبياء الله عليهم الصلاة والسلام ولا نفرق بينهم.
ويجب الانتقام من الدماء التي تسيل من فلسطين على قدم المساواة، يجب أن تعلموا أن الفلسطينيين لا يبكون وحدهم؛ نسائهم لا يترملن وحدهن. ولم ييتم أبناؤهم وحدهم.
لقد هاجمتمونا في الصومال؛ لقد دعمتم الفظائع الروسية ضدنا في الشيشان، والقمع الهندي ضدنا في كشمير، والعدوان اليهودي علينا في لبنان.
تحت إشرافكم وموافقتكم وأوامركم، تهاجمنا حكومات بلداننا التي تعمل كعملاء لكم بشكل يومي، وتمنع هذه الحكومات شعبنا من إقامة الشريعة الإسلامية، وذلك باستخدام العنف والأكاذيب.
هذه الحكومات تذيقنا طعم الذل، وتضعنا في سجن كبير من الخوف والقهر، وهذه الحكومات تسرق ثروات أمتنا وتبيعها لكم بثمن بخس.
لقد استسلمت هذه الحكومات لليهود، وسلمتهم معظم فلسطين، معترفة بوجود دولتها على أشلاء شعبها، وإن إزالة هذه الحكومات واجب علينا، وخطوة ضرورية لتحرير الأمة، وجعل الشريعة هي القانون الأعلى، واستعادة فلسطين. ومعركتنا ضد هذه الحكومات ليست منفصلة عن معركتنا ضدكم.
أنتم تسرقون ثرواتنا ونفطنا بأسعار زهيدة بسبب نفوذكم الدولي وتهديداتكم العسكرية. وهذه السرقة هي بالفعل أكبر سرقة شهدتها البشرية في تاريخ العالم.
قواتكم تحتل بلادنا؛ وتنشرون قواعدكم العسكرية فيها؛ أنتم تفسدون أراضينا، وتحاصرون مقدساتنا، حفاظاً على أمن اليهود وضماناً لاستمرار نهبكم لثرواتنا.
لقد جوعتم مسلمي العراق حيث يموت الأطفال كل يوم. ومن العجيب أن أكثر من 1.5 مليون طفل عراقي ماتوا نتيجة عقوباتكم، ولم تبدوا أي اهتمام. ولكن عندما مات من شعبكم ثلاثة آلاف قام العالم كله ولم يجلس بعد.
لقد دعمتم اليهود في فكرتهم بأن القدس هي عاصمتهم الأبدية، ووافقتم على نقل سفارتكم إليها. بمساعدتكم وتحت حمايتكم يخطط الإسرائيليون لهدم المسجد الأقصى. وبحماية أسلحتكم دخل شارون إلى المسجد الأقصى لتلويثه تمهيداً للاستيلاء عليه وتدميره.
هذه المآسي والمصائب ما هي إلا أمثلة قليلة على ظلمكم وعدوانكم علينا. لقد أمر ديننا وعقولنا أن من حق المظلوم أن يرد العدوان، ولا تنتظروا منا إلا الجهاد والمقاومة والانتقام. فهل من المعقول بأي حال من الأحوال أن نتوقع بعد أن هاجمتنا أمريكا لأكثر من نصف قرن أن نتركها بعد ذلك لتعيش في أمن وسلام.
إن هذه الحجة تتناقض مع تكراركم المستمر بأن أمريكا أرض الحرية وقادتها في هذا العالم. ولذلك فإن الشعب الأمريكي هو الذي يختار حكومته بإرادته الحرة، وهو خيار نابع من موافقتهم على سياساتها، وهكذا اختار الشعب الأمريكي ووافق وأكد دعمه للقمع الإسرائيلي للفلسطينيين، واحتلال أراضيهم واغتصابها، ومواصلة القتل والتعذيب والعقاب والطرد للفلسطينيين.
إن الشعب الأمريكي لديه القدرة والاختيار لرفض سياسات حكومته، بل وحتى تغييرها إذا أراد ذلك.
الشعب الأمريكي هو الذي يدفع الضرائب التي تمول الطائرات التي تقصفنا في أفغانستان، والدبابات التي تضرب وتدمر بيوتنا في فلسطين، والجيوش التي تحتل أراضينا في الخليج العربي، والأساطيل التي تضمن حصار العراق.
هذه الدولارات الضريبية تُعطى لإسرائيل لكي تستمر في مهاجمتنا والتغلغل في أراضينا، فالشعب الأمريكي هو الذي يمول الهجمات ضدنا، وهو الذي يشرف على صرف هذه الأموال بالطريقة التي يريدها، من خلال مرشحيه المنتخبين.
كما أن الجيش الأمريكي جزء من الشعب الأمريكي، إنهم نفس الأشخاص الذين يساعدون اليهود بلا خجل في القتال ضدنا.
الشعب الأمريكي هو الذي يستخدم رجاله ونسائه في القوات الأمريكية التي تهاجمنا.
ولهذا السبب لا يمكن أن يكون الشعب الأمريكي بريئا من كل الجرائم التي يرتكبها الأمريكيون واليهود ضدنا.
شرع الله تعالى جواز الانتقام واختياره، وبالتالي، إذا تعرضنا لهجوم، فمن حقنا أن نرد بالهجوم.
من دمر قرانا وبلداتنا فمن حقنا أن ندمر قراهم وبلداتهم. من سرق ثرواتنا فمن حقنا أن ندمر اقتصاده، ومن قتل مدنيينا فمن حقنا أن نقتل مواطنيه.
ولا تزال الحكومة والصحافة الأمريكية ترفض الإجابة على هذا السؤال: لماذا هاجمونا في نيويورك وواشنطن؟
إذا كان شارون رجل سلام في نظر بوش فنحن أيضاً رجال سلام، أمريكا لا تفهم لغة الأخلاق والمبادئ، لذلك نخاطبها باللغة التي تفهمها.
أما السؤال الثاني الذي نريد الإجابة عليه: إلى ماذا ندعوكم وماذا نريد منكم؟
أول ما ندعوكم إليه هو الإسلام، دين توحيد الله، والبراءة من الشرك به، ورفض ذلك؛ من الحب الكامل له تعالى/ والخضوع الكامل لقوانينه؛ ونبذ كل الآراء والأوامر والنظريات والأديان التي تخالف الدين الذي أنزله على نبيه محمد صلى الله عليه وسلم، الإسلام دين الأنبياء جميعاً، لا فرق بينهم، عليهم السلام أجمعين.
وإلى هذا الدين ندعوكم؛ خاتم جميع الأديان السابقة، وهو دين توحيد الله، والإخلاص، وحسن الأخلاق، والصلاح، والرحمة، والشرف، والطهارة، والتقوى، وهو دين الإحسان إلى الآخرين، وإقامة العدل بينهم، ومنحهم حقوقهم، والدفاع عن المظلومين والمضطهدين، وهو دين الأمر بالمعروف والنهي عن المنكر باليد واللسان والقلب/ وهو دين الجهاد في سبيل الله لتكون كلمة الله ودينه هي العليا، وهو دين الوحدة والاتفاق على طاعة الله، والمساواة التامة بين جميع الناس، دون تمييز في اللون أو الجنس أو اللغة.
وهو الدين الذي سيبقى كتابه -القرآن- محفوظا دون تغيير، بعد أن تغيرت الكتب والرسالات الإلهية الأخرى.
القرآن هو المعجزة إلى يوم القيامة. وقد تحدى الله أحدا أن يأتي بكتاب مثل القرآن أو حتى بعشر آيات مثله.
الأمر الثاني الذي ندعوكم إليه هو أن تكفوا عن ظلمكم وكذبكم وفسقكم الذي انتشر بينكم.
ندعوكم إلى أن تكونوا أهل أخلاق ومبادئ وشرف وطهارة. نبذ الفجور واللواط والمسكرات والقمار والمتاجرة بالربا.
ندعوكم إلى كل هذا حتى تتحرروا مما وقعتم فيه؛ لكي تتحرروا من الأكاذيب الخادعة بأنكم أمة عظيمة، وأن زعماءكم يخفوا عنكم الحالة الدنيئة التي وصلتم إليها.
ومن المحزن أن أقول لكم إنكم أسوأ حضارة شهدها تاريخ البشرية، فأنتم الأمة التي بدلا من أن تحكموا بشريعة الله في دستورها وقوانينها، تختارون أن تخترعوا قوانينكم كما شئتم ورغبتم.
إنكم تفصلون الدين عن سياساتكم، مما يخالف الطبيعة النقية التي تؤكد السلطة المطلقة للرب خالقكم، إنكم تهربون من السؤال المحرج الذي يطرح عليكم: كيف يمكن لله تعالى أن يخلق خلقه، ويسلطهم على جميع المخلوقات والأرض، ويمنحهم جميع مستلزمات الحياة، ثم يحرمهم من أهمها؟ في حاجة إلى: معرفة القوانين التي تحكم حياتهم؟
أنتم الأمة التي تحل الربا الذي حرّمته الأديان كلها/ ومع ذلك فإنكم تبنيون اقتصادكم واستثماراتكم على الربا، ونتيجة لذلك، وبجميع أشكاله وأشكاله المختلفة، سيطر اليهود على اقتصادكم، ومن خلاله سيطروا بعد ذلك على وسائل الإعلام الخاصة بكم، ويسيطرون الآن على جميع جوانب حياتكم ويجعلونكم عبيدا لهم وتحققون أهدافهم، على نفقتكم الخاصة؛ بالضبط ما حذرك منه بنجامين فرانكلين.
أنتم أمة تسمح بإنتاج المسكرات وتجارتها واستعمالها، تسمحون بالمخدرات، ولا تمنعون إلا تجارتها، مع أن بلدكم هو أكبر مستهلك لها.
أنتم أمة تبيح الفواحش وتعتبرونها من أركان الحرية الشخصية/ وواصلتم الهبوط في هذه الهاوية من مستوى إلى مستوى حتى انتشر بينكم زنا المحارم الذي لا يعترض عليه شرفكم ولا قوانينكم.
من يستطيع أن ينسى الأفعال غير الأخلاقية التي ارتكبها رئيسكم كلينتون في المكتب البيضاوي الرسمي؟ وبعد ذلك لم تحاسبوه حتى، غير أنه أخطأ، وبعدها مر كل شيء بلا عقاب. هل هناك حدث أسوأ يدخل به اسمكم التاريخ وتذكره الأمم؟
أنتم أمة تجيز القمار بكافة أشكاله/ وتمارسه الشركات ذلك أيضًا، مما يؤدي إلى ثراء المجرمين.
أنتم أمة تستغل المرأة مثل المنتجات الاستهلاكية أو الأدوات الإعلانية التي تدعو العملاء إلى شرائها، تستخدمون النساء لخدمة الركاب والزوار والغرباء لزيادة هوامش ربحكم. ثم تصرخون بأنكم تدعمون تحرير المرأة.
أنتم أمة تمارس تجارة الجنس بكافة أشكالها، بشكل مباشر وغير مباشر. وتقوم على ذلك شركات ومؤسسات عملاقة، تحت مسمى الفن والترفيه والسياحة والحرية، وغيرها من الأسماء الخادعة التي تطلقونها عليها.
ولهذا كله وصفتم في التاريخ بأنكم أمة تنشر أمراضا لم تكن معروفة للإنسان في الماضي. تفضلوا وتفاخروا أمام أمم البشر بأنكم جلبتم لهم الإيدز اختراعا أمريكيا شيطانيا.
لقد دمرتم الطبيعة بنفاياتكم الصناعية وغازاتكم أكثر من أي دولة أخرى في التاريخ. ورغم هذا فإنكم ترفضون التوقيع على اتفاقية كيوتو حتى تتمكنوا من تأمين أرباح شركاتكم وصناعاتكم الجشعة.
قانونكم هو قانون الأثرياء، الذين يسيطرون على أحزابهم السياسية، ويمولون حملاتهم الانتخابية بعطاياهم. وخلفهم يقف اليهود الذين يسيطرون على سياساتكم وإعلامكم واقتصادكم.
ما تميزتم به في تاريخ البشرية، هو أنكم استخدمتم قوتكم لتدمير البشرية أكثر من أي أمة أخرى في التاريخ؛ ليس للدفاع عن المبادئ والقيم، بل للمسارعة إلى تأمين مصالحكم وأرباحكم. أنتم الذين القيتم قنبلة نووية على اليابان، رغم أن اليابان كانت مستعدة للتفاوض على إنهاء الحرب. كم من أعمال القمع والطغيان والظلم قمتم بها أيها الدعاة إلى الحرية؟
ولا ننسى إحدى أهم صفاتكم: ازدواجيتكم في الأخلاق والقيم؛ نفاقكم في الأخلاق والمبادئ. إن كل الأخلاق والمبادئ والقيم عندكم لها ميزانان: واحد لكم، وواحد للآخرين.
إن الحرية والديمقراطية التي تدعون إليها هي لكم وللعرق الأبيض فقط؛ أما بقية العالم فإنكم تفرضون عليهم سياساتكم الوحشية المدمرة وحكوماتكم التي تسمونها أصدقاء أمريكا. ومع ذلك فإنكم تمنعونهم من إقامة الديمقراطيات. عندما أراد الحزب الإسلامي في الجزائر ممارسة الديمقراطية وفاز في الانتخابات أطلقتم عليهم عملاءكم في الجيش الجزائري وهاجمتهم بالدبابات والبنادق وسجنتهم وتعذيبهم.
سياستكم بشأن حظر أسلحة الدمار الشامل وإزالتها بالقوة لضمان السلام العالمي: وهي تنطبق فقط على البلدان التي لا تسمحون لها بحيازة مثل هذه الأسلحة. أما بالنسبة للدول التي توافق عليها، مثل إسرائيل، فيسمح لها بالاحتفاظ بهذه الأسلحة واستخدامها للدفاع عن أمنها. أي شخص آخر تشكون في أنه يقوم بتصنيع هذه الأنواع من الأسلحة أو الاحتفاظ بها، فإنكم تصفونهم بالمجرمين وتتخذون إجراءات عسكرية ضدهم.
أنتم آخر من يحترم قرارات وسياسات القانون الدولي، ولكنكم تزعمون أنكم تريدون معاقبة أي شخص آخر يفعل الشيء نفسه بشكل انتقائي. لقد دأبت إسرائيل منذ أكثر من 50 عاما على رمي قرارات الأمم المتحدة عرض الحائط بدعم كامل من أمريكا.
أما مجرمي الحرب الذين تدينونهم وتشكلون لهم محاكم جنائية فإنكم تطالبون بلا خجل بمنحهم الحصانة لكن التاريخ لن ينسى جرائم الحرب التي ارتكبتموها في حق المسلمين وسائر العالم؛ أولئك الذين قتلتموهم في اليابان وأفغانستان والصومال ولبنان والعراق سيبقون عارًا لن تتمكنوا من الفرار منه أبدًا. ويكفي أن أذكركم بجرائم الحرب الأخيرة التي ارتكبتموها في أفغانستان، حيث دمرت قرى مدنية بريئة مكتظة بالسكان، وألقيت القنابل على المساجد مما أدى إلى انهيار سقف المسجد على رؤوس المسلمين الذين يصلون فيه. أنتم من خرقتم الاتفاق مع المجاهدين عندما خرجوا من قندوز، وقصفتموهم في حصن جانجي، وقتلتم أكثر من 1000 من الأسرى اختناقاً وعطشا».

In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful:
Ayah from Holy Quran: “Permission has been given to those who fight because they have been wronged, and indeed God has power to help them.”
Some American writers have published articles under the title “On what basis do we fight?” These articles sparked a number of responses, some of which adhered to the truth and relied on Islamic law, while others did not. Here we wanted to explain the truth clearly and as a warning, hoping and seeking reward from God Almighty, and seeking His success and support.
As we seek God’s help, we base our answers on two questions addressed to the Americans:
First: Why do we fight and oppose you?
Second: What do we invite you to and what do we want from you?
As for the first question: Why do we fight and oppose you? The answer is very simple:
Because you attacked us and are still attacking us.
You attacked us in Palestine, which has been under military occupation for more than 80 years. The British, with your help and support, handed over Palestine to the Jews, who occupied it for more than 50 years; Years full of oppression, tyranny, crimes, murder, displacement, destruction and devastation.

Muslims are the heirs of Moses, peace be upon him, and the heirs of the true Torah that has not changed. If the followers of Moses were promised Palestine’s right to the Torah, then the Muslims are the nation most deserving of that.
When the Muslims conquered Palestine and expelled the Romans, Palestine and Jerusalem returned to Islam, the religion of all the prophets, peace be upon them. Therefore, the call for a historical right in Palestine cannot be against the Islamic nation that believes in all the prophets of God, peace and blessings be upon them, and we do not differentiate between them.
The blood flowing from Palestine must be avenged on an equal footing. You must know that the Palestinians do not cry alone. Their women are not widowed alone. Their children were not orphaned alone.
You attacked us in Somalia; You supported Russian atrocities against us in Chechnya, Indian oppression against us in Kashmir, and Jewish aggression against us in Lebanon.
Under your supervision, approval and orders, the governments of our countries that act as your agents attack us on a daily basis, and these governments prevent our people from establishing Islamic law, using violence and lies.
These governments make us taste humiliation, and put us in a great prison of fear and oppression. These governments steal our nation’s wealth and sell it to you at a low price.
These governments surrendered to the Jews, and handed them most of Palestine, recognizing the existence of their state over the remains of its people. Removing these governments is our duty, and a necessary step to liberate the nation, make Sharia the supreme law, and restore Palestine. Our battle against these governments is not separate from our battle against you.
You steal our wealth and oil at low prices because of your international influence and military threats. This theft is truly the largest theft that humanity has witnessed in the history of the world.
Your forces occupy our country; And you deploy your military bases there; You are corrupting our lands and besieging our sanctities, in order to preserve the security of the Jews and to ensure the continuation of your plunder of our wealth.
You have starved the Muslims of Iraq, where children are dying every day. It is strange that more than 1.5 million Iraqi children died as a result of your sanctions, and you did not show any concern. But when three thousand of your people died, the whole world rose up and did not sit still.
You supported the Jews in their idea that Jerusalem is their eternal capital, and you agreed to move your embassy there. With your help and under your protection, the Israelis are planning to demolish Al-Aqsa Mosque. Under the protection of your weapons, Sharon entered Al-Aqsa Mosque to pollute it in preparation for seizing and destroying it.
These tragedies and misfortunes are just a few examples of your injustice and aggression against us. Our religion and our minds have commanded that the oppressed have the right to repel aggression, and expect nothing from us except jihad, resistance, and revenge. Is it reasonable in any way to expect, after America attacked us for more than half a century, that we would then leave it to live in security and peace?
This argument contradicts your constant repetition that America is the land of freedom and its leaders in this world. Therefore, it is the American people who choose their government of their free will, a choice that stems from their approval of its policies, and thus the American people chose, agreed and affirmed their support for the Israeli oppression of the Palestinians, the occupation and rape of their lands, and the continued killing, torture, punishment and expulsion of the Palestinians.
The American people have the ability and choice to reject their government's policies, and even to change them if they want to.
The American people are the ones who pay the taxes that fund the planes that bomb us in Afghanistan, the tanks that strike and destroy our homes in Palestine, the armies that occupy our lands in the Arabian Gulf, and the fleets that ensure the siege of Iraq.
These tax dollars are given to Israel so that it continues to attack us and penetrate our lands. It is the American people who finance the attacks against us, and they are the ones who supervise the disbursement of this money in the way they want, through their elected candidates.
Just as the US military is part of the American people, they are the same people who shamelessly help the Jews fight against us.
It is the American people who use their men and women in the American forces that attack us.
For this reason, the American people cannot be innocent of all the crimes committed by Americans and Jews against us.
God Almighty has legislated the permissibility and choice of revenge, and therefore, if we are attacked, we have the right to retaliate.
Whoever destroyed our villages and towns, we have the right to destroy their villages and towns. Whoever stole our wealth, we have the right to destroy his economy, and whoever killed our civilians, we have the right to kill his citizens.
